The standard black pressing sounds amazing and, contrary to what was said about the red pressing, is well pressed and accentuates the silence and quietness of the album. Recorded at Hive Mind Studios in Brooklyn, NY, with the help of producer/arrangers Mike Buckley and Vincent Chiarito (both members of Charles Bradley's Extraordinaires) and crack team of a-list musicians, his upcoming album blends heavy arrangements and introspective lyrics with sophistication, leaving the listener in a blissful wash of wonderment. Known for his evocative storytelling and rich musical tapestry, Rauchwerk’s latest offering is a tranquil ballad that embraces the enigmatic charm of winter. I suspect this is caused by the record being mastered at a very loud sound volume, which makes the grooves wider and pushes the grooves fairly close to the centre of the record - but again, I'm surprised by the issue being so prominent on side D, particularly because this side seems to be mastered at a lower sound volume than the other sides (a minor quick in itself - but at least it's consisten within each side, unlike the volume jumps on "Paradise"). This is one of the weirdest records I have in terms of quality, and I'm not even referring to the odd omission of the Burnt Norton interlude (which is in fact not really an issue for me - I tend to quickly get tired of these interludes, and if I could get a copy of Did You Know .

My only complaint is if they could have done this at 45 instead of 33 as there are few songs per side.Includes download code for a digital copy of the album in CD quality wav format from thesoundofvinyl.

This song is part of his upcoming sophomore album, “Everything Else,” scheduled for release on October 6th, 2023, through Vienna-based SeaYou Records.But in terms of the quality of this pressing, it is literally in both ends of the spectrum: Some of it sounds absolutely brilliant, while other parts sound horrible. Not only are the stickers not informative at all about which side you are playing, my copy has the same sticker on both vinyl which makes it impossible to know without playing them.

Despite of GZ Media runouts with letter 'M' which normally indicate 12" records with 45 RPM (see GZ Media label page), both records run with 33 ⅓ RPM. My copy has two side a/b labels but I think that's an issue with a large batch of the honeymoon records. Los Angeles-raised and Berlin-based artist Hayfitz is about to take you on a personal journey through his music with the single “Curl. I will say this sounds much better than my other two copies, an original 2015 standard black pressing and the highly coveted UO exclusive (both sound absolutely horrible) The Original 2015 pressing has reflective text on the jacket which is a nice feature that this re issue doesn’t have.Still some pops and hisses but I’m actually happy I can properly listen to this album and enjoy it on vinyl now. Philadelphia-based rock band Animal Theater is making waves with their captivating track, “Sleep Paralysis. The track opens with a mesmerizing interplay between piano and bass, creating a syncopated groove that immediately draws you in. The records themselves are thick and flat and seem well centered, so nothing to complain about there.

The only thing that is good is the excellent packaging that is well spaced for the records (sleeves), the booklet is really gorgeous. Here’s a few tracks for you to enjoy… King Crash’s “The Man in the Iron Mask” offers a captivating musical journey. Compared to the Europe edition, "LANA DEL REY" and "HONEYMOON" have gloss lettering on the cover of this edition.So tl;dr: If you intend to listen on loud speakers, this record will probably be fine for you, maybe even great. this pressing is gorgeous, but a lot of people have experienced pops/surface noises and so have I:( But I believe there have been pressing that r completely okay. The album itself is fantastic and the presentation is great too with the booklet and such that are included, definitely my favorite Lana album!
