About this deal

NexiGo PJ40 projector has built-in 20W stereo speakers, which is a decent audio configuration for the price tag. The projector can be connected to Bluetooth speakers to get better sound effects. You can switch the projector to Bluetooth Mode to get a better visual effect. While unboxing, grab a super glue while you are at it, as the rubber dumpers on the projector’s feet were very easy to peel off. A drop of superglue here and there should mend this. The central feet screws out, allowing for angle adjustments and when removed completely, the thread is used to fit NexiGo PJ40 to a tripod. Android, but not “smart” NexiGo PJ40 and PJ30 have the same 1080P resolution, but only NexiGo PJ40 has 4K compatibility. Regarding image size, NexiGo PJ40 has a max image size of 300 inches while PJ30 has a max image size of 200 inches. Audio When I dropped the size to about 55 inches—which I did primarily to improve image brightness and contrast—the focus looked a lot better, both because smaller images at the same resolution simply look sharper, and because better contrast also increases perceived resolution. (More on brightness and image quality later.) It features built-in 20W powerful speakers that deliver enhanced sound quality, and Bluetooth 5.1 for easy connectivity to headphones, speakers, and other audio devices.

The keystone correction works well. I have to place the projector off to one side and it does a good job of projecting onto my screen. I think the picture looks really good to me as well. For my bedroom it's been awesome. the graphical representation of a projector in the middle of the calculator, you will see dimension lines that will tell you the Throw DistanceThe PJ40’s size was another noteworthy feature. With its 50-100% zoom capability, I could easily adjust the screen size up to 300 inches without having to relocate the projector. This created an ultra-clear large-screen view, reminiscent of a movie theater. Considering the projector’s price I’m genuinely impressed. The sound propagates nicely across the room. With a projector over my head, I had to focus a lot to be able to pinpoint the location of the speaker. It’s loud enough for a screening in a large conference room. The Leisure 495W offers the best audio and the second-brightest image of any of the models mentioned here, but it has only one HDMI port. The Leisure 470 adds a second port and is the least expensive in the group, but it has the lowest brightness, as well. The Leisure E30 was the brightest in our tests. Adjustable fan speed. I have mine set to the lowest setting 1. It is super quiet. I don't even notice it. It does dim the picture slightly but since I watch at night in my bedroom it looks good to me.

The two projectors both have Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi, making screen mirroring and wireless speaker connection possible. HDMI-CEC support. I have my Google Chromecast running into the projector. Press the power button on the chromecast remote and the projector, chromecast, and my soundbar all power up. It does f-up occasionally but 90% of the time it works. Not sure if this is standard on most projectors or not. represents the diagonal distance between the top right corner of your image (screen) and the bottom left corner of your image (screen). OnThe extra lumens paid off. The image is really pleasant to watch even in the daylight. I settled for the fan noise at level 4 (out of 10) as this gave me the best balance between noise levels and picture brightness. Audio Answer: The NexiGo PJ40 projector has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 and 700 ANSI lumen brightness, providing high-resolution and clear images. I'm no expert. This is my 3rd projector. First off I bought a Vankyo Leisure 470. Returned it like a day later because I discovered that it wasn't a true 1080p projector and that it didn't have any horizontal keystone correction. I replaced it with a Vankyo V630. This was a true 1080p projector with keystone correction so I was happier though the fan noise was far from impressive. I ended up replacing it with the PJ40. It has been way better then the V630. Things I like the most:

I was also pleased with the projector’s noise management. The adjustable fan level allowed me to set the noise level according to my preference, ensuring a distraction-free viewing experience. Even at its highest fan speed, the noise was minimal, allowing me to enjoy movies, games, and sports without any disturbances. Thankfully, this is not a fad. You get a really bright and crisp projection that you could use in daylight without problems. On a very sunny day, it may feel a little dim, but as someone who lives in the UK, the constant overcast simply creates constant opportunities to use the projector throughout the day. The NexiGo PJ40 projector has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 and 700 ANSI lumen brightness, providing high-resolution and clear images. in your room. The position of the projector in your room changes because you will need to move the projector closer or further away from the screenThere is a small (and very reasonable catch), the brightness of the NexiGo PJ40 is tied to the fan speed. There is literally a control slider to increase the brightness (and crank up the fan). At max, the projector is definitely audible, but you can drown the noise out by using external speakers. In more intimate settings at night, I set the brightness to a minimum to enjoy the very quiet performance. Video The PJ20 is larger than its most obvious competition, at 4.25 by 12.6 by 9.1 inches (HWD) and weighing in at 5.5 pounds, but setup is essentially the same as for any mini projector. You only have to connect the power cord and a video source, point the lens at the screen, reposition the projector to adjust image size if necessary (there's no zoom), and then focus. NexiGo PJ40 can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker, although in this mode, make sure the fan level is set to 1. Frankly, speaking I can’t imagine anyone being eager to use the projector as a speaker. Gaming Instead of rotating through red, green, and blue LEDs lighting up in sequence, the PJ20 uses a white LED light source, and pairs it with a 5,760-by-1,080 LCD. Red, green, and blue filters on individual cells in the LCD matrix deliver the red, green, and blue components for each pixel in the 1,920-by-1,080 image to the screen at the same time. With all three primary colors showing at once, there's no way to see the individual components of each pixel if you're far enough away to see the image as a whole. The white LED is designed to last the life of the projector, and is rated at 30,000 hours. away from the screen or wall, the image will get bigger, and as you push the projector closer to the screen or wall the image will be smaller.
