About this deal

Ebooks fulfilled through Glose cannot be printed, downloaded as PDF, or read in other digital readers (like Kindle or Nook). Listening to this was a good choice, although I’m sure I’d hear Bretman’s voice in my head even if I went with the physical book option— his voice/style is that strong. I'm so glad I decided to read this, it goes into details about the life and lessons learned along the way in a very humorous and easy-to-read way. This book is pure entertainment from the first pages to its last, and there was never a dull moment during my reading experience. One of the few times that I have read a book by a celebrity and I knew they wrote every single word.

I listened to it on Audible and I’m so glad I did because it made me laugh and it also made me tear. Might be a bit biased because I’m a huge Bretman fan — but this book was relatable, funny, and surprisingly eye-opening to a lot of Bretman’s experiences that he’s never talked about to the public before. Bretman is such a pivotal and special creator and I’m so glad we have someone like him out there who has her priorities straight, BITCH. Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). I highly recommend reading Bretman’s biography, as it is so full of warmth, humour, and important life lessons.Everything he described from the province he grew up in, what his family and home was like, to all the food was a treat to read about because it speaks to his genuine love for his culture (Pinakbet will forever be one of my favourite dishes).

Bretman is an individual that is wise beyond his years, and really is someone who defines what it means to be influential, yet stay humble and down to earth at the same time. And obviously, a big part of who I am is about being genderqueer (I mean, did you see my Playboy cover?Family, being your baddest and most confident self, and mental health are just a few the examples he dives into, and these are definitely some of the things readers can apply to their own lives. It dares to challenge societal norms, encouraging readers to embrace their authentic selves and step into their power fearlessly. I bought the physical book to support him but I listened to the audiobook and that’s truly the way to go so you feel every “BITCH! As if the name Bretman Rock isn’t kooky enough, wait until you see the person answering the moniker.
