We follow Jones as he desperately tries to free himself from the poisonous lifestyle that becomes his new reality.All of these experiences suited Rich’s mentality and risk taking behaviour down to the ground, and he felt that he had finally found the life he craved for.

So I watch the author on tiktok and always liked his videos when I stumbled onto the fact he wrote a book , I thought to myself “why don’t I give it a try he seems like a sound lad “ boy was I glad I did it gripped me from chapter one and I even started feeling like I knew the characters myself ( although I didn’t ) although I don’t condone breaking the law in any way this guy opened my eyes into the pressures surrounding such crimes , and if you haven’t watched this guy on tiktok u should go over he’s great and very informative when giving answers to related questions viewers ask him , back to the book , if you want a good read , a true story from a likeable person this is the book for you ! I met Rich through voluntary work at HMP Oakwood and was interested to read the book to find out more about what had led him there. It's not a badly written book some parts I skipped personally as they felt like a waste of time, yes I understand your ex forces and your paranoid because your dealing drugs don't want the family to find out ect but this is repeated over and over the mental health part was well written especially as men's mental health can be over looked the book is left on to be continued I will most likely read the next book as I'm some what invested in this autobiography and how it ends.
