The side characters were excellent with Chandler's cousin (who's more like a sister), her parents, Finn's mom and best friend. I am so sick of books, porn, and media portraying that women don't have streach marks, hair and a perfectly flat stomach.

Although there are some moments when she opens up about herself and her past but it doesn't make her seem emotionally present for some reason she came across as stoic, which is where the book loses a star from me. I love an alpha hero as much as the next girl, but there’s something so compelling about a cinnamon roll hero who acknowledges when there’s room for improvement – and takes the opportunity to learn how to please his girl.It sounds from the quotes like the heroine’s Jewishness is a genuine part of her character rather just wallpaper, too; is that right? They’re going to collaborate on Finn’s memoir and agree to keep things professional—until Chandler lets slip that their night together wasn’t as mind-blowing as Finn seems to believe. Just pure happiness and almost zero angst, so if you need pure frothy goodness with some decent spice, this is it for you. As I have currently nothing better to do (this is a lie), I will grace your dashboard with the ramblings of someone who was woken up at 2 and 5am by moving furniture and screaming, respectively.

Romantic, hilarious, sizzling, and heartfelt, Rachel Lynn Solomon’s latest has taken its place as my new favorite romcom. none of it is discussed satisfyingly or fully, or even in a very fun or interesting or non-"what is happening what are we doing here" way. Imagine if someone told you about the horrors they experienced living in a refugee camp for three years and you responded UGH I TOTALLY GET IT.They want to believe that changing their lifestyle can change their life—­after all, it worked for her. I’m not sure I can put into words how much I love her in this moment, so I just hug her back and hope she knows.
