People have complained about the plastic impeller under the burr wears off which pushes the coffee out and eventually grinder stops working, If that’s the fact then doesn’t that means that the worn of plastic ends up in your grinned coffee ?

So if you don't need the espresso capability, it's fair to say that purely talking about grinding performance, you're probably not going to experience a great deal of difference in the cup from your extra spend.
