About this deal
It may be a more compact AIO, but this cooler has plenty going for it, including the same excellent performance and LCD display. Because of its limiting radiator size (240mm is considered small for high-end or enthusiast PC builds), you'd assume the AIO liquid cooler is not up to the task of cooling an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, but you'd be mistaken. It does mean you will have a few more wires to try and hide, but it is sometimes possible to hide them behind the motherboard tray, depending on your case and setup.

The 240mm radiator is pretty standard I’d say and it’s connected to the pump using what NZXT claims as a type of low-evaporation tube covered in nylon sleeves to reduce the evaporation rate of the coolant inside the loop. This review will walk you through the features, design, and performance of the NZXT Kraken Z53, showing whether it's worth your money. Even the Z53 will be more than happy at cooling down an Intel Core i9 or AMD Ryzen 9 processor, though you will likely need a larger AIO if you were to overclock or do intense workloads. To view the purposes they believe they have legitimate interest for, or to object to this data processing use the vendor list link below. The packaging for the Kraken Z53 is rather simple and is probably the cleanest yet if compared to any of the AIO liquid coolers we’ve tested in the past. NZXT refreshed the Kraken Z63 and Z73 AIO coolers, but the Z53 is the smallest of the range, rocking a 240mm radiator. The accessories pack includes an installation manual, some cables for the pump and fans, mounting brackets and screws for the fans. This simplified mounting mechanism makes maintenance a lot easier and personally, I think is this the most convenient design you can get on an AIO liquid cooler.

Sure, it won't break records, allow you to overclock, and enjoy low temperatures, but it performs admirably.
The mounting bracket is surprisingly easy to install as compared to the older Asetek based AIO liquid coolers. Rich Edmonds was formerly a Senior Editor of PC hardware at Windows Central, covering everything related to PC components and NAS.
